Refund policy

At Keerat Living, we take care to inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing or quality defect that was present when received.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Unboxing Video

For damaged, incorrect or defective products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the time the package is opened. This may be required to process a return or replacement request.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without their original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery.
  • Change of mind, colour preference or design preference after receiving the product.
  • Personalized or customized products, where applicable.

Return Approval

Once we receive your request, Keerat Living will review the details and may request photographs or an unboxing video to assess the issue.

If the return is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Exchanges / Replacement

Where applicable, Keerat Living may offer a replacement for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product received from Keerat Living.
